How was the reverse recovery charge Qrr of the body diode given in the C3M0075120K datasheet measured, and what specific charge quantities are included.
I mainly want to know whether the Qrr charge given only includes the minority carrier charge swept out from the PN junction, or whether it includes the minority carrier charge and the Coss charging charge of the output capacitor of the non operating transistor
