Pspice for C3M0045065D

I downloaded the C3M0045065D SPICE model for simulating in PSpice. I have a question I am confused about:

  1. There is not only one PSpice model in the PSpice model editor after opening it.

  2. I tried to import the model using the wizard and simulate it, but the simulation failed.It seems the subcircuit is undefined

My question is: how can I solve this issue?
