Well, does anyone knows which parameter represents the threshold voltage in this model? Is it named as NET3, first appeared in line 60? How can I modify the value of threshold voltage?

    Hello,

    Yes, the equation on line 60 of this model is designed to simulate how the threshold voltage varies with temperature. While you can modify this equation to adjust the threshold voltage, doing so may impact the overall performance of the model, so it's not recommended.
