Hello,
I am working on a research project that requires the operational characterization of the C3M0015065K Mosfet. For example, I want to measure the Rds(on) of the device, etc. For this purpose, I want to know how you estimate the sample size of the device before you characterize the switching device. What are the number of samples you take to determine the parameters of the device?
