Hi team,

I am trying to create thermal model (PLECS) for the C3M0016120K discrete MOSFET. Every time i am making a mistake in some aspect. Can you please provide me with PLECS model of the above mentioned SIC MOSFET.

    The PLECS and Spice Models of all Wolfspeed products, including the part number you requested for, can be found on this page:

    Please navigate to All PLECS device models on this page, fill out the required form, and you will be able to download the PLECS models. The zipped downloadable folder also includes the user guide to import the thermal models in PLECS.
