Hii,
I am using the half bridge Double Pulse Test circuit designed by Wolfspeed for LTSpice. I find the circuit interesting.

Is the circuit only applicable or limited to use for SiC MOSFETs. Can I use the circuit for low voltage Silicon based MOSFETs? The circuit is DPT_Test_Stand_HB.

    Hi there. The circuit was designed for our SiC MOSFET power modules. You are welcome to use the circuit for other purposes, but we can't guarantee that it will produce any useful output for those parts.
