The output characteristics of the SPICE model are inconsistent with the transfer characteristics.

I used the DC sweep function of LTspice to obtain the output characteristics and transfer characteristics of C3M0040120K. I found that the output characteristics obtained from the simulation perfectly matched those in the data sheet, while the transfer characteristics obtained from the simulation had a significant deviation from those in the data sheet. Could you please explain why this is the case? Is it possible that there is a difference between the output characteristics in the data sheet and the professional characteristic testing method?
Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the transfer characteristics and output characteristics obtained through simulation. Figure 3 is a graph where the output characteristics and transfer characteristics from the data sheet are plotted together after sampling points. However, I found that the transfer characteristics cannot correspond to the extension lines of the output characteristics.
