I am using C3M0045065L power daughter card and gate driver card CGD1700HB2M-UNA

When I run any Application Configuration in the GUI , I get High Temperature 135 C, and test stops, even at zero input voltage. Fans are running

    Greetings Yobeng:

Have you connected the NTC output (CON10) connector on the mainboard to the NTC sense connector on the gate driver board? If not, please see the images below. The last image shows the location of the NTC connector on the CGD1700HB2M-UNA.

Also, be sure to select the correct gate driver within the GUI or else the temperature calculations will be incorrect.

    Greetings Yobeng:

The cable you are using is for desat, not NTC sense. The NTC sense signal is comprised of 2 signals so the one you have installed is shorting them out. Please refer to the previously attached images where you will see there are two wires. The NTC sense cable is not included so you will have to make one. The connections on the mainboard and gate driver board are .100" pin headers so you just need two .100" connector receptacles and pins and wire to make the connections.

    Julius,

    Thanks for the feedback.

NTC sense cable is required for the temperature sensing, but is not included. Why?

Also I cannot find the need / instructions to make these connectors.
