Hello,

We are working on building a 22KW EV charger based on Wolfspeed ref design CRD22AD12N .

Request to share the PLECS simulation model if available for the below operational modes.

• Three-Phase Charging Mode — Six-switch AFE converter using SVPWM control
• Single-Phase Charging Mode — Bridgeless totem-pole PFC converter using average current control
• Single-Phase Discharging Mode — Interleaved buck using open-loop control
• Three-Phase Discharging Mode — Six-switch AFE converter using open-loop control

    Hi Sanath,

    I’ve attached the simulation files for the following configurations:

    1. Three-Phase Charging Mode — Six-switch AFE Converter using SVPWM Control
    2. Single-Phase Charging Mode — Bridgeless Totem-Pole PFC Converter using Average Current Control

    We are currently working on the remaining two topologies and will share those with you shortly. These simulations are compatible with our PLECS models, which you can find on our website: Wolfspeed PLECS Models.

    Please note that you can modify the simulation parameters in the initialization tab. To do this, navigate to Simulation → Simulation Parameters... → Initialization tab (or use CTRL+E).
