Large Hole in the Package of the CAB6R0A23GM4T

Hello,

I want to know what this large hole is in the package of the CAB6R0A23GM4T PM (see pic below). What purpose does it serve, and am I allowed to route the DC- trace right underneath the hole, or should I treat it as a keep-out and route around it?

    Hi Prathik,

    The large hole on the top of the WolfPACK modules is used during the assembly of the product. This hole allows the silicone encapsulant to be poured into the module. You do not need to avoid routing traces above this hole.
