Railway grade gate driver for HAS310M17BM3T module

I'm considering using the HAS310M17BM3T 62mm module for a tram auxiliary converter. However, due to stringent insulation requirements according to IEC EN 50124-1, for a PD3, OV3 application with nominal tram line voltage of 600 V DC, I would need a gate driver that would satisfy 20mm of CPG distance for Material Group 2 and reinforced insulation.
I was considering using a CGD1700HB2P-BM-REV01 gate driver evaluation kit, but after looking at the datasheet which doesn't specify CPG and CLR values, I have hard time justifying even trying a double pulse test with this driver. Looking at the driver chip on that gate driver, the AD ADUM4146 has 8.3mm creepage, which is far below my requirement.
Is there a solution for increasing the creepage distance, while using the same DCDC converter and driver chip as the CGD1700HB2P-BM-REV01 evaluation gate driver (possibly specifying a double insulation)?
