E4M0060075K1 Ciss in ltspice model is not alignment with the datasheet

Hi experts from wolfspeed,

Recently i simulate E4M0060075K1 in ltspice and find out that there is a mismatch for the Ciss and Coss. I am not sure whether the spice model or the datasheet is correct. It would be appreciated that the experts from wolfspeed could shed some light on this issue. Thanks a lot.

Software Info: Use the latest Ltspice 26.0.0 and also latest Wolfspeed ltspice model for simulation.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We appreciate your feedback on the E4M0060075K1 simulation model. The datasheet values for Ciss and Coss are indeed accurate. To enhance accuracy, I have developed a new model that aligns more closely with the datasheet values. I have also included the simulation file along with the results that indicate this.
