About KIT-CRD-CIL12N-XM3

My customer has questions.
There may be some questions that we cannot answer, so in those cases please comment and let us know that you cannot answer.

1.Do you have the Pspice model "W-2-0025-4FC"?
　If you have, please provide it.

2.I would like to know the wiring inductance value of the power line of the KIT-CRD-CIL12N-XM3.

The customer wants to create a circuit model of the active gate circuit and proceed with the study, so they want to match the actual device with the simulation model.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi TKishi,

We do not have a SPICE model of the current viewing resistor from T&M Research.

We have measured the stray inductance of the KIT-CRD-CIL12N-XM3 to be approximately 3.5 nH. For future reference, the Switching Safe Operating plot on Wolfspeed's power module datasheets contains the evaluation kit's contribution of stray inductance listed under 'LStray-Bussing' as shown in the plot below.

I understood that the data on the datasheet is based on the KIT-CRD-CIL12N-XM3. I will use this information as a reference in the future.
