how evaluate the Eon and Eoff in different voltage level, as the datasheet only provide the 400V and 800V Eon and Off chart

    Hi lok,

Generally, it is assumed that the switching losses in a MOSFET scale linearly with the drain to source voltage. i.e. E(Vds=800) = E(Vds=600)*800/600.

This approximation is very accurate for small changes in voltage (e.g. 800 to 850V), but you can also extrapolate the slope between the two voltage points in the datasheet (which is the approach used by PLECS).

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,
    Blake
