    Hi mattscott,

    Here is the 3D CAD model for the CGD1200HB2P-XM3 gate driver board:

    CGD1200HB2P-XM3 and CGD1700HB2P-XM3 STEP File.zip

    The same file is representative of both the 1200 V and the 1700 V versions of the XM3 gate driver (the CGD1200HB2P-XM3 & the CGD1700HB2P-XM3).
