Hi,

I am conducting academic research on the thermal simulation of SiC power modules.

Could you please provide a STEP model of the internal structure of the CCB021M12FM3 module, including the SiC die locations and the main internal layers, for use in ANSYS thermal simulation?

The model will be used only for academic research and not for commercial purposes.
