Hi

My customer has question.

We have received an inquiry from a customer regarding the factors that determine the internal gate resistance (Rg).
The customer was initially looking at the CAB425M12XM3 but noted that the recently released ECB2R1M12YM3 features an Rg of approximately 0.5 Ω.
Could you please comment on the reasons behind the lower Rg values ​​found in these newer modules?
