Hi Wolfspeed

We listed ∫I2dt value on C4D series but missed it on C6D series, customer is evaluating C6D20065D in 10kW single-phase PV inverter, and request this data for the capability evaluation of transient surge current shock.

    ∫I2dt = 0.005* IFSM*IFSM (IFSM: Non-Repetitive Peak Forward Surge Current), unit: A^2S. For C6D20065D, it is 36.98A^2S at 25C, and 28A^2S at 110C.
