Does Wolfspeed have CAD models and PCB footprints available?

    Yes! Wolfspeed has high-quality 3D STEP models as well as schematic symbols and footprints for the most popular ECAD programs. You can find these in several locations on our website.

    The first location is on the product pages. Here you can download a zip file with all of the models for a specific SiC MOSFET or diode.

    You can also access the models through our Tools & Support page at https://www.wolfspeed.com/tools-and-support/power/cad-models Here you can download zip files of all Wolfspeed SiC MOSFETs and SiC Schottky diodes at once in the format of your choice, or search by part number.
