Power module power dissipation explanation

Hello
I would like to understand Figure 21. Maximum Power Dissipation Derating vs. Case Temperature of the product CAB760M12HM3. The datasheet shows Pd = 1500 W for a case temp of 75 degree C. Does this refer to the power dissipation capacity of the full module or is it just for one FET, i.e. at a case temperature of 75 degree C, the whole module can dissipate 1500x2= 3 kW power?
Thanks

Hi Nazmul,
The data listed is for each position of the module, so yes, if you can hold the case to 75C, the module can dissipate 3 kW of power.
Thanks,
Dan
