Information missing to choose the correct gate driver
Hello
I try to choose the correct gate driver, for this SIC Mosfet (CAB450M12XM3) and the site recommends me this gate driver (CGD12HBXMP) but unfortunately I don't have the information regarding the on-state resistances of MOSFETs or (Internal pull-up and pull-down resistance of the mosfet).
I looked for the information on the site and the datasheet but could not find the information.
Can you tell me thuse information please to check ?
Thanking you in advance,
Best regards,

Hello,
I believe you are asking for detailed information about the driver IC. Here is the link to the driver IC that is used on the XM3 driver: https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADuM4135.pdf
The NMOS has a typical resistance of 318 mΩ and a PMOS has a typical resistance of 479 mΩ. Note the IC has a nominal drive strength of 4 A, but please refer to Figure 19 of the ADUM4135 datasheet. It shows the peak current with a 2 Ω Rg that is much greater than the published 4 A figure. The peak current will also increase if the external Rg is reduced below 2 Ω.
Thank you,
Dan
