Parasitic Inductances of C3M0016120K
Dear support member,
I am now doing research with C3M0016120K.
And I will be appreciate if been told how much the parasitic inductances of C3M0016120K are, both power source and Kelvin source. These are not found in the datasheet.
I found the parasitic inductance of power source is set to 2.37781nH and Kelvin sources` is set to 7.2834nH by checking the lib. file of C3M0016120K.
I am wondering that are those parasitic inductances standard.
Also if you can provide the range of parasitic inductances of the real product ,C3M0016120K, I will be very appreciate.

The parasitic inductances of the device depends on the actual wire bond length and size, and they can be different for different devices.
For this specific device, the power source inductance is estimated to be around 2nH, and the K-source inductance is updated to be around 5nH because of thinner and longer wires compared to power source wires. Drain side parasitic inductance is around 4nH.
You can vary the inductances in the lib file and see their effect on the simulation results.
