Hello!

I am wondering if the C3M0021120D MOSFET is automotive rated? The datasheet states that it is suitable for EV motor drive applications but I can't tell from the rest of the datasheet if this is automotive rated. Is it AEC approved or something similar?

    C3M0021120D is not automotive rated device. E3M family from Wolfspeed is automotive rated. Please contact your Wolfspeed sales for E3M0021120D releasing schedule.
