I bought CGD12HBXMP to drive CAB450M12XM3,but I'm not quite sure how this driver is connected to the half bridge module.Lead out two dupont wires from the Vgs pads? or mount a socket on the pad?Also hope you can provide me with some learning materials on the driver, because I'm a newbie ,hahaha

    Hi baiyujing,

    The driver is designed to directly attach to the module, so you should be able to directly press the driver onto the mating pins of the module. If you need some examples, take a look at the design files for our inverter, it shows ind detail how the power and signal pins all connect: https://www.wolfspeed.com/crd300da12e-xm3
