Hello. Can you please provide me with the LTSpice model for CAB400M12XM3? I did not see it in the all_sic_mosfet_ltspice_models.zip file. Thank you.

    Hi Altus,

    We do not have SPICE models for the modules at this time. What are your objectives with the SPICE model? Take a look at this blog post: https://www.wolfspeed.com/knowledge-center/article/selecting-between-wolfspeeds-design-tools/ to see dependant the system parasitics are on SPICE model results. We recommend a mix of PLECS + evaluation hardware to get the most accurate results.

    Hi Dan,

    My objective with the SPICE model is to simulate the dv/dt with our motor and cables to try to estimate EMI and mitigation techniques. I will reread that blog post.
