Kit-CRD-3DD12P for replacing MOSFETs
The MOSFET (c3m0075120k) of KIT-CRD-3DD12P broke down during the experiment. I searched for c3m0075120k but it was out of stock. Therefore, I would like to use a different MOSFET. As an alternative
I am considering C3M0120100K. Is there anything I should be careful about other than increasing the gate resistance value?
And what is the most appropriate alternative?

Hello,
You can use the C3M0120100K on this evaluation board depending on what you are trying to accomplish. This part has higher RDS_on (120mohm vs. 75mohm), and lower blocking voltage (1000V vs. 1200V) than the original part. As a result, it will not be able to operate at as high of a bus voltage or power level as the original part. As noted, you may need to adjust Rg to achieve the desired switching behavior you are looking for.
We do not have test data for this device on this board, however, you can use SpeedFit to get an idea of this part. Keep in mind this board is limited in power by the onboard inductor to about 2.5kW depending on the operating conditions.
