Hi,
Customer is wondering if we have did any anti-flaming qualification test on our discrete part(SiC MOSFET & Diode), or if there is any mandatory anti-flaming requirement from industry standards, like JEDEC or AECQ.
As there is always such requirement in PCB or mechincal components, customer want to confirm this on electrical component to evaluate system-level anti-flaming capability.
Thanks.

Hi Shawn,
Yes, the mold compound we use for our MOSFEs and Diodes pass UL-94 for flammability, V-0 class.
Thanks,
Jianwen

Hi Jianwen,
it's quite clear for me. Thanks for the feedback!
