I have question about CAS300M12BM2.

Q1.

Could you teach the plating material and base material of the gate terminal?

Q2.

Can the internal resistance heat up with 200kHz switching?

Does it have a structure that can be cooled from the fins like a chip?

Hello,

The gate and kelvin-source terminals are made with TU1 Copper and are pure Nickel plated (3-4 um thick).

There is no issue with heating of the gate & source terminals during 200 kHz switching operation. We have many customers using this module in applications at or above that frequency range.
