Loop Inductance of Discrete Evaluation Kits

For the Eon/Eoff of 1200V SiC MOSFET family, how is the loop inductance of the CIL test fixture? And did the dynamic characterizatioin performed on the buck-boost evaluation kits? Or other specific CIL test fixture?
