3 Phase 2 Level AFE 22kW vs 25 kW Design. Which one's better in cost/efficiency/implementation?
I am eagerly looking forward to design, build hardware and test a 3 Phase 2 Level AFE converter at 20kW, 480VAC input and more than 800VDC output.
Wolfspeed has 2 designs "
CRD-22AD12N - 22kW using SiC MOSFETs" and "CRD25AD12N-FMC - 25kW using SiC module". I am having a hard time comparing these two designs as there is not much documentation available. In terms of comparison I am looking at cost involved, efficiency and ease of implementing the whole design.
Any sort of help is highly appreciated!
Thank you.
