Hello all,
I am trying to set up a mechanical assembly of a designed drive which uses the CAS120M12BM2 modules and their recommended gate drivers.
However I have not been able to find a 3D Model/STEP file of the gate driver CGD1200HB2P-BM2.
Is such a file available and where could I find it. I have searched on the wolfspeed webste but without any luck so far.
