Hi,

I am designing AC/DC converter based on phase shifted full bridge topology using C3M0120090D as primary switches. The parameter Coss (time related) would be very helpful. Unfortunately, it is not listed in the datasheet. Can you provide the number please?

    Thanks for using our device and your question. The time related Coss can be obtained by integrating the area below the Coss vs Vds curve in our datasheet. I did a rough calculation (summing up the area), and the time related Coss is ~76pF at 900V.
