I'm having trouble finding an appropriate gate driver for CPM2-1200-0080B devices in half bridge configuration. I'm planning to do a double pulse test.

    Hi Matthew - the product that you referring to is a bare die product. Do you have this packaged already ?

    The bare die is directly wire bonded onto the substrate.

    Hi Matthew,

    This is one of our Gen 2 die products so when selecting a gate driver, it is important to find one that is capable of driving at our recommended gate voltage of -5 to +20 V (for Gen 2 devices). Since you are driving a half-bridge I would recommend using our CGD1200HB2P-BM2 gate driver board. It is meant for modules, but it should be a quick solution for your DPT evaluation purposes.
