Gate drive fault in Power Converter example design

I found a gate drive fault on a LTspice Power Converter model. you can see the red box on the schematic, the switch's source is quite weird according to the gate drive wave. after I changed the minus source 'V-' to 'ground', It looks pretty well. I would appreciate it if you could re-upload the LTspice converter models that corrected these errors.

Also, is there any plan for SiC SPICE model references to be uploaded? It would be great if you could upload more data on the LTspice contents of comparing the SPICE models or Power converter models(powered by LTspice) distributed by wolfspeed with the actual real measurement results. And, do you support LTspice models for SiC power modules?

Is there anyone who can answer this question?

    Hi Miller,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention - I confirmed this issue in the model and a new version of the inverter model addressing this error with the gate drive signal will be uploaded to our models page.

As for your other questions, at this time the Modules group does not support LTSpice models. We have models available in PLECS and Speedfit that you can use, though. Concerning the data comparison, we don't have plans to release those comparisons; however, for any of our models you can expect the static and dynamic responses to be within a 10-20% margin compared to measured data.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

    Thanks,

    Zack
