Phase shift bridge simulation in Speedfit

I'm having trouble running a simulation for phase shift full bridge in Speedfit.

Using ideal diode and heatsink, simulation won't converge using below conditions:

Error message suggests inductances are too large however Speedfit doesn't allow user to change Cr and Lr manually.

Changing frequency from 80kHz with according Cr&Lr allows the simulation to run, however output power is limited to 10.95kW

Can someone look into this and let me know why Cr/Lr can't be changed manually, and why output power is capped?

Thanks!

Zan

    Hi Zan,

I was able to recreate this issue. I will investigate this problem and get back to you when I have a solution.

    Thanks,

    Zack

    Hi Zan,

The Lr/Cr are set internally by the simulation and at this time cannot be changed. Speedfit will be updated at the end of this week and this should resolve the issue you're seeing with these simulation conditions.

    Thanks,

    Zack
