Hi Wolfspeed Expert

One of our global customer who is developing Robostic power supply with C3M0040120K, they are planning to get UL61800-5-1 certification.

Is there any test report related to the over voltage, over current, short circuit, insulation and thermal could be shared with customer? Then, it will more easy for customer to clarify this critical component with UL.

    Hi Mason,

    Our discrete are not UL compliance. We don't have comprehensive test report for the this device. I can check if we have short circuit report. You can share our qual report.

    Thanks for your feedbac. I will check with customer if they have specific information needed from Wolfspeed for applying UL instead of UL compliance report on discrete level. Feel free to share with me if we have short circuit report for C3M0040120K.

    Qualification report have been shared with customer.
