Hi,

I want to know whether through hole and SMD SiC MOSFET's with Drain-source voltage VDS >= 1700V, drain current Id <= 5A, automotive or ASIL D qualified are .available.

Please let me know ASAP.

    Hi Tejasri - thanks for posting. Currently, we do not have an automotive 1700V device in either TO or SMD package. We are however investigating this and would be interested to know your intended application.

    Also, we (or other MOSFET suppliers) do not develop our products through the ISO26262 flow and no SEooC is conducted either.

    Thank you for your response. our application is HV flyback power supply. please let us know if any SiC MOSFETS available in future with above mentioned parameters.
