I would like to use the Sic Modules in my design. I am looking for LTspice model for the SiC modules (CAB760M12HM3/ CAB006A12GM3). Please send me the link for LTspice model for the above parts.


Please let me know which SiC discrete MOSFET is used in above SiC modules. Therefore i can use the discrete SiC model in my design to choose the right part for my application.
