    The HT3000 package has been updated to the "H" package (E.G. CAB760M12HM3). Our 3D models for these packages can be found on the product page: https://www.wolfspeed.com/products/power/sic-power-modules/hm-power-module-family/

    Thanks for the response and a download link to the 3D model of the modules.

    However, I am looking for a model of the full 2-level 3-phase eval kit with the P/N in the subject. Can you help with that?
