Internal Gate Resistance

The test condition of RG(int) on datasheet is f = 1 MHz, VAC = 25 mV. But switch frequency is only 100kHz in the real application. Could you give the RG(int) when f = 100kHz?

Hi MiaoQ,
The RG(int) measurement is conducted at 1MHz as an industry standard. Measuring it at this frequency reduces the effect of other parasitic elements in the circuit, resulting in a more accurate measurement of Rgint. The resistance doesn't change much at 100kHz, it is relatively constant across frequency. Please let me know if you have any additional questions, or use the link below to close the discussion.
