Max quantity of BM3 module parallel
To expand to larger power volume, what's max quantity of BM3 module parallel?
and what's the recommendation of maximum switching frequency to hard switching case?

Kenny,
Good question, thanks for reaching out. The maximum number of modules is going to depend on the current sharing from module to module during switching transients. The primary cause of the mismatch is generally parasitics in the bussing design although other delays in the signal chain could contribute. Typically the solution is to design in margin to account for the mismatch. Ultimately, the system design will dictate the limit. Given a perfect system there is no limit.
The maximum switching frequency is also highly dependent on the application. The module's ampacity vs switching frequency is given in Figure 23 of the datasheet. With the final system in mind figure 23 is a great place to start deciding on the best switching frequency.
