Rapid rise of Vgs during simulation

Hello, I purchased your company's C3M0075120K for experimentation, but encountered problems when simulating with Spice models. I don't understand why Vgs rises above 10V at a very fast speed when a 15V drive voltage is simply applied, but no current Id is generated. According to the opening principle, Vgs should be able to conduct current when it reaches Vth, and Vth is only about 3V, but the simulation results show that the voltage rises above 10V without generating current? What is the reason for this?

    Hi baiyujing,

Can you provide the properties of the gate signal (rise/fall time etc.) that you are driving the device with in PSpice?

    Thanks,

    Zack
