XM3 and HM3 module thermisor

Hello,

Two questions about the built-in thermistors in XM3 and HM3.

1.Can I get the location information of the thermistor and SiC chip?

2.Is the thermistor more strongly related to Tc or Tj? Or which temperature should it be treated as?

Hello Shige,

1. I've included an image of the thermistor and SiC MOSFETs in the XM3 for reference. The HM3 module is similar.
2. As the thermistor is located on the substrate and not directly on the MOSFET die, it is strongly related to the case temp, Tc.
