CRD-30DD12N-K reference design : datasheet for H1 and H2

With respect to the reference design of CRD-30DD12N-K, two heatsinks of H1 and H2 are employed in the main board.

In the excel file of Main_board_BOM, their manufacturer/vendor is listed as Digikey.

However the exact part name is not available.

Would you please share the datasheet for H1 and H2 ?
