Hi Team,

CAB006M12GM3 has 2*S1/2*G1 pin out to drive internal SiC MOSFET, should we connect both for driving SiC MOSFET? Or we could just connect 1*S1/G1 to drive internal MOSFET?

    Hello Ray_Chang,

     

    Thank you for your question. We recommend that you always connect both sets of gate and source pins. This configuration achieves better inductance balancing between the MOSFETs inside the module. Furthermore, not utilizing both sets of pins essentially doubles the pin contribution to the gate loop inductance.
