X- Ray sensitivity: could you please update us that device is X-Ray sensitive or not, if yes then what's the acceptable range/limit and also mention the sensitivity level (limit/range) in radians.

It is x-ray sensitive but at very high doses.

Up to 200KeV X-ray source

TID (total ionizing dose) less than 100 krad (Si).
