What's the Ld value of your double-pulse-test circuit?

Double-pulse-test circuit is used to get the Eon Eoff data in the datasheet. What's the Ld(loop inductance) value of the circuit that CREE uses? For example, for C3M0075120K?

    Hello hustwkr,

    The Double Pulse Board used for C3M0075120K has a a total inductance of 23nH for the mid-point.
