Magnetics specs for a refrence design 60 kW

Hello

I'm not able to find much data on the magnetics design with the exception of 1 page that quickly coveres the main DC filter inductor, however its not clear , how the wire chosen would be able to handle large currents to achive 15 kW/phase - it seems like 18 of 25 AWG=~8 Amps current handling ability.

Also is the Delta I is the total ripple current for all inductors or is it for each phase or total ?

No data for the common Mode inductor,if you please share that too - Thanks

Thanks for your interest in our 60kW Boost reference design!

Yes, you are right, the current density of the Boost inductor winding is high (~9.2A/mm^2), but due to good airflow, the winding temperature is low if you check the thermal images in the test report.

Delta I is the ripple current per phase (= Vin*D*T/Lboost).

Please note that the noise attenuation effect of the CM choke was not tested. An EMI filter can be designed in the same way for converters with Si power devices to meet EMC for your final products.

Attached please find the spec of the CM choke. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

@YuequanHu Thank you very much - I appreciate your feedback - is there any GUI or a SW that can be used with this refrence design , or it is all set within the Controller Chip

This design used an analog controller, so there is no GUI or SW.

    Got it Thanks again
