Hi Wolfspeed,

Our key customer want maximum value of thermal resistance of C3M0021120K&C3M0075120K, but we cannot find related material. Could you kindly support us?

    Hello Jeremy,

    We're in the process of updating the C3M 1200V datasheets to incorporate the maximum value of Rth,jc. The maximum Rth,jc for:

    C3M0021120K is 0.37ᵒC/W 

    C3M0075120K is 1.03ᵒC/W

    Hi Tamanna,

    One more thing, what’s the reason the max thermal resistance of C3M0040120K (0.62K/W), larger deviation compared to C3M0021120K &C3M0075120K?

    And below is the max thermal resistance of C3M0075120K from attached datasheet (Rev 5), it is 1.1K/W rather than 1.03K/W.
