10-15kw 60hz Single Phase Inverter Subsystem Need:

As a systems integration engineer, I need a SiC inverter subsystem with a minimum of 10kw/60Hz/Single Phase output in the North American Service Voltage range for 240/120 split phase operation from a ESS source with an output working range of 370-400vdc. ESS charging/BMS will come into the picture, but we need to get a better handle on that when speaking to the designer/supplier.

Being early in this project, we can be quite flexible on form factor, temp control, etc. This will be for a stationary application so space is not a premium, but comfortably derated, unattended reliability is a very strong need.

I would be interested to hear suggestions , comments or PMs about paths that I might pursue to get there in a reasonably sensible period of time.
